It contains almost all the words used inhealthcare quality from A to Z and serves as a key or glossary while dealing with the terminologies related to healthcare quality. Emphasis has also been made to highlight the important work of “Quality Gurus”. Although, the effort has been made to incorporate all the terminologies related to Quality in Healthcare; however, any terminology not available can be identified for inclusion in future editions.
