However, only through a full understanding (and appreciation) of values of the Islamic culture and Muslim, China could fully tap the potential… the Muslim world is a market that has rarely been explored. To excavate the Muslim market is a new thing. On the surface, this is a green environment, but this green is not the green color of the environment, but the green of Islam… When People think and study about the Muslim world, Western colonialism still plays an agenda-shaping role in producing knowledge about countries along the Belt and Road. For a long time, it has been difficult for Western politicians and academia to confront their colonial history in Eastern counties.What drove me to write the Book is the poetic inspiration from Allama Muhammad Iqbal who had cautioned the arrogant Western Intellectuals, not to look down upon the Eastern Civilizations. Iqbal believed that the Oriental Civilizations have all the potential to stage a comeback. China indeed did it. Others can also do it. Even the Islamic world which lies in a sad and tragic situation due to complex reasons of nation-building failures arising from impotent leadership, self-indulgent elites, lack of Reforms, Colonial heritage, Defunct education system, failure in the management of change, failure to modernize, failure to learn from global practices, chronic external interference et
