BMW 6 Speed ZFS6-37 2WD Manual Gearbox to LT230 Adapter kit

This kit mounts to the back of the any 2WD ZF S6-37 gearbox including M47/N47 etcThe connecting shaft male end fits into the LT230 drive, the female end replaces the drive flange.This kit allows an LT230 Transfer Case to then be attached.Mounting bolts included.The kit once fitted will make the gearbox and adapter 620mm from bellhousing mating face to engine back to the lt230 making face.Gearbox output shaft support for flange must be cut off. Right side of gearbox casing may require casting lugs/ribs removing or grinding for clearance.This kit is designed to be used with our selector top add on, however you may come up with your own solutions for gear selection and transfer box operation.FITTING INSTRUCTIONS.1. Remove Inner selector lugs.2. Cut rear output shaft after splines.3. Remove lug and rib marked in blue located on right side of gearbox. This allows clearance for the LT2304.
